Yair Fecher

Yair has accumulated extensive experience in the finance industry, performing due diligence, ongoing advising of management teams and financial planning for startups in the medical and healthcare industry. In addition, he has experience in initiating, planning and funding industrial and agricultural projects in the US and in Asia.

Palmi S. Palmason

Born and raised in Iceland, Palmi brings a lifetime of seafood industry experience to the company, having operated fish farms in Asia, Europe, and the Americas, as well as processing facilities in Australia. With a tremendous network of key senior people in seafood, in the U.S. and abroad, Palmi brings tactical as well as strategic operations knowledge to the company.

Avshalom Hurvitz, PhD.

Avshalom is is an award-winning international expert in fish biology. He has published numerous scientific research papers relating to aquaculture and fish immunology, reproduction and nutrition. Dr. Hurvitz is known for his creative thinking and the fruits of his research efforts are translated to real practices in fish farming in many parts of the world.

Ifat Hammer

Ifat Hammer holds a B.Sc. in Food and Biotechnology Engineering and MBA
degree from the Technion Institute. Ifat has over 20 years of experience in
leading R&D projects from idea to commercialization in the food and personal
care industries. As part of her activities, she developed many forms of
formulations and holds several patents.


 

Avihai Biton

Avihai is a marine biology researcher with extensive experience in raising and breeding fish and crustaceans.
As part of his research activities, he has conducted a comprehensive
study examining the feeding of Giant Freshwater Prawn
(Macrobrachium rosenbergii) with alternative feeds. Avihai holds a MSc in Marine Biology from Haifa University.

Mitchell Presser - Advisor

Mitchell is co-chair of the American law firm Morrison & Foerster’s Global Corporate Department of over 400 lawyers. He was a founding partner of Paine Schwartz Partners (formerly known as Paine + Partners), a leading U.S. private equity firm, then managing a $1.2 billion fund focused on investing in food and agriculture.

Mitchell is a faculty member and lecturer of law at Harvard Law School and Columbia Law School. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors for privately-held and public companies and is an active investor and corporate advisor of Agtech companies.
